Collection

Vehicles cannot be collected from unoccupied addresses. If the motorcycle is not available for collection within 20minutes of arrival, a waiting fee of £10/30mins will be charged, or delivery will be cancelled and you will be billed the full amount.

Delivery

Vehicles cannot be delivered to unoccupied addresses. If someone is not available to accept (and pay for) delivery within 20minutes of arrival, a waiting fee of £10/30mins will be charged, or delivery will be cancelled, vehicle put into storage and you will be billed the full amount + storage fees.

Payment

COD (Cash On Delivery), unless aggreed otherwise
